How to Close your SowYummy Account

To Close your SowYummy Account follow these steps:

  1. Open the SowYummy App on your iOS or Android smartphone
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Select App Info (located under About)
  4. Click the red Close Account button
  5. Confirm that you want to Close Your Account
  6. Once confirmed, your account is closed, you will be automatically logged out and redirected to the log in screen

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Once an account is closed the email address cannot be used to create another SowYummy Account 
    • Instead, you will need to contact us at help@sowyummy.com to request the reinstatement of your account
  • To facilitate the reinstatement of an account, we will retain all your account information and usage data
    • You can request for personally identifiable data to be permanently deleted by contacting help@sowyummy.com
    • Personally identifiable data can only be deleted when an account is closed as it is required for us to provide services to you
