Inviting Users and Accepting Invitations

You can Invite friends, family or colleagues to participate in the management of Grow Cycles. 

Once added to your account, Users can

• see all existing Grow Cycles
• receive notifications for Tasks requiring attention
• complete Tasks
  • when a Task is completed by any member on the account, it is marked as completed for all members on their apps
• create new Grow Cycles

To Invite a User

1. On your SowYummy App, go to the Settings page

2. Click the Add User icon located in the top right hand corner of the screen

   

3. Enter the Email address of the person you would like to invite and click Add to List
4. Repeat the previous step for every person you would like to invite
5. Once your list is complete, click Add to List
6. An Invitation Email with instructions will be sent to each person you invited

To Accept an Invitation

1. Open the Invitation to SowYummy email
2. Follow the links to download and install the SowYummy app on your iOS or Android device
3. Return to the Invitation to SowYummy email and click the link to Set Your Password located in step 5
4. You will be directed to our partner site (Connio) to create your log in password
5. Enter your Password and re-enter it to confirm it
6. Click Activate, you can now close this web page
7. Open the SowYummy app and log in, you can now:
   • See existing Grow Cycles
   • Start new Grow Cycles
   • Receive Task Notifications
   • Complete Tasks
